Common questions

How do I sign in?
Choose Parents, enter your child's details and your UAE mobile number, then enter the verification code.

How do I call my child?
On Home, tap "Call" under your child, add your car details and gate, then send the request.

I don't get notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Al Noor INT School Services and allow notifications.

How do I change the language?
Open Settings in the app and tap the language button.

How do I delete my data?
Email us from the address above and we will delete your account and child details.
